socializing in oc

When Keno’s Restaurant brought me on to take over their social media, I knew it had potential. A beloved spot in Anaheim Hills, they had great food, a lively lounge, and a steady crowd, but their online presence wasn’t doing them justice. They needed a fresh approach, something engaging, something consistent.

I started with daily videos for Instagram, highlighting everything that made Keno’s special. One day, I’d focus on their legendary breakfast plates, capturing golden waffles dripping with syrup. The next, I’d showcase the sizzle of fajitas fresh off the grill or a patron cracking into a plate of crab legs. I made sure to feature the lounge’s live music acts, bringing the energy of the performances straight to people’s feeds. Special events, seasonal menus, behind-the-scenes moments, I covered it all.

Engagement skyrocketed. Customers started commenting, sharing, and most importantly showing up. Within a year, the results spoke for themselves: a 20% increase in revenue. Keno’s wasn’t just a neighborhood favorite anymore; it was a destination people discovered online and couldn’t wait to visit in person.

Looking back, it wasn’t just about social media, it was about storytelling, and I was proud to help Keno’s tell theirs.

I'm excited to share a demo reel featuring highlights of my work with Keno's Restaurant, as well as some of my other social media content in the portfolio below.
